If for any reason you are not, Helmorra offers a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and protective materials.

  • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

⚠️ Safety Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal or protective film has been removed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Helmets showing signs of wear, scratches, or impact.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Customized or special-order items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@helmorra.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Once approved, please ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

  4. The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Helmorra will cover return shipping fees and issue a replacement or full refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.

  3. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
