1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please note our processing and shipping schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
    • Express Shipping: 2–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Taxes & Additional Fees

  • Sales Tax: The price you see on our product pages includes all applicable sales taxes. No additional tax will be added to your total at checkout.

  • No Hidden Fees: Helmorra does not charge any hidden handling or administrative fees.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. States.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: While Standard Shipping may support these addresses, Express Shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses due to carrier restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Carriers: We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for reliable delivery.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Helmorra is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at info@helmorra.store within 48 hours.
