Refund policy
At Helmorra, we stand behind the quality of our protective gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process in compliance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The helmet must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, stickers, and protective films (especially on the visor) intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
⚠️ Safety Warning: For your protection and the safety of all our customers, helmets that show signs of being worn on the road, scratches, or any impact damage cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged upon arrival or we sent the wrong item, Helmorra will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind/Size Issues: For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Restocking Fee
We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@helmorra.store with your order number and photos of the item.
- Get Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the specific return address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the helmet securely in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
Note: Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Most refunds appear in your bank account within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same model, provided the item is in brand-new condition. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@helmorra.store to check stock availability.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
