Warranty Policy

1. Overview

At Helmorra, we take pride in the quality and safety of every helmet we sell.
All Helmorra products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a warranty claim.

2. Warranty Coverage

Helmorra provides the following coverage:

  • Duration:
    Each helmet purchased from Helmorra comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage Includes:

    • Manufacturing defects in shell, liner, straps, or hardware

    • Defective materials or faulty craftsmanship

    • Failure of internal components under normal use

During the warranty period, Helmorra will repair or replace defective items at no cost to you.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or drops

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Any damage caused by chemicals, solvents, or heat exposure

  • Fit, comfort, or personal preference issues after use

Please note: Helmets involved in any crash or impact must be replaced immediately, even if no visible damage appears.

4. Proof of Purchase

To qualify for warranty service, customers must provide:

  • A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice)

  • The original product with all tags or serial numbers intact

Warranty claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at info@helmorra.store with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Photos of the issue and product

    • A short description of the problem

  2. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide return instructions if applicable.

  3. Once approved, we will either

    • Repair the product, or

    • Send a replacement of equal or greater value (subject to stock availability)

Helmorra covers return shipping costs for valid warranty claims within the U.S.

6. Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Replacements do not extend or restart the original warranty period.

  • Helmorra’s responsibility is limited solely to repair or replacement.

  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including injury or property loss.

7. Safety Reminder

No helmet can guarantee complete protection from injury in every accident.
Always inspect your helmet regularly and replace it every 3–5 years or immediately after a significant impact.
