1. Comprehensive Free Warranty

We provide free repairs or replacements for the following issues within your 1-year warranty period:

• Technical Defects: Any flaws in the shell structure or internal EPS liner.
• Paint Integrity: Premature fading or peeling of the exterior paint/graphics under normal use.
• Functional Hardware: Free replacement of broken chin straps, buckles, ventilation sliders, and visor mechanisms.

2. Lifetime Maintenance Support

Even if your issue isn't covered under the "Free Warranty," we support our community with a lifetime service policy:

• Renew your Comfort: Need new ear pads or liners because they’re worn out? We offer original replacements at a 30% discount for existing customers.
• Visor Refresh: Scratched your visor? Enjoy a 30% discount on replacement visors to keep your vision crystal clear.
• Note: These services may incur a small shipping fee.

3. What is Not Covered?

• Physical Scratches: Scratches on the paint or visor caused by daily usage, drops, or improper storage.
• Impact Damage: Any helmet involved in a crash must be retired immediately for safety reasons (not eligible for warranty).

4. Easy Return & Exchange (Dead on Arrival)

We guarantee that your product arrives in perfect condition. We offer an Immediate Exchange if:

• The helmet or visor is cracked/broken upon unboxing.
• The product does not match the description or images on our website.
• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for these cases.

5. How to Claim Your Warranty?

Since we operate primarily online for the U.S. market, we offer a Mail-in Warranty Service:

1. Contact info@helmorra.store with photos of your issue.
2. Once approved, we will provide the shipping address for our nearest service center/warehouse.
3. We will repair or replace your item and ship it back to you.
